Xiamen Guanyu Technology Co., Ltd. has passionately created a mist cooling system project for the Sinopec gas station at the Shangjie service area, located on the Fuzhou Minhou Ring Expressway. This mist cooling project utilizes our complete set of mist cooling, dust removal, anti-static, and explosion-proof systems for upgrades and renovations. To better address the heat prevention needs of gas station employees, a corresponding mist cooling system has been added. Traditional cooling methods cannot meet the requirements for large outdoor areas under dust removal, anti-static, and explosion-proof conditions. Our mist cooling system is an effective means for outdoor heat prevention, dust removal, anti-static, and explosion-proof applications, and it introduces new concepts such as landscaping, health, green, environmental protection, and low carbon on the basis of cooling, dust removal, anti-static, and explosion-proof functions. Every gram of water can cool outdoor air, and the efficiency of the mist cooling is very high. Theoretically, the energy required for mist cooling is the energy needed to overcome the increased surface tension of water. When one cubic meter of water is transformed into 10-micron cubes, the energy required for its surface tension is significant, and the latent heat of evaporation reaches 2.2 billion joules, resulting in a theoretical energy efficiency ratio of up to 50,000. In contrast, the theoretical maximum energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning, limited by thermodynamic laws, is about 60 when cooling by 5°C at 30°C. Precautions: 1. All pipelines in the system should be made of 304 stainless steel or high-pressure seamless copper pipes to avoid rust water blocking the nozzles. 2. It can be directly connected to the tap water pipe, but a super strong filter must be added to prevent solid particles in the water from blocking the nozzles. 3. In winter, measures should be taken to prevent freezing; when the main unit is installed outdoors, rain protection measures must be taken. After use, cut off the water source and drain the residual water in the pump to prevent freezing damage to the high-pressure pump. 4. It is strictly forbidden to operate the water pump without water. 5. The nozzles should be installed at least 0.5 meters above the ground or water surface. This is to increase the evaporation and vaporization time of the ultra-fine mist particles in the air and to avoid the mist particles hitting obstacles and forming droplets. 6. The installation angle of the nozzles should be tilted upwards at an angle of 5 to 15 degrees for optimal use. 7. There should be a fixed point every 2 meters to avoid long-term use of connecting pipes, which can cause bending and lead to residual water stagnating in the pipes, forming sediment and blocking the nozzles. 8. Before starting, please loosen the pressure regulating valve to a no-pressure state. After starting, slowly adjust the pressure regulating valve and observe the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge. 9. Before the first operation of the high-pressure pump, add lubricating oil to the crankcase, filling it to the middle position between the two horizontal lines on the oil level gauge. Do not fill it completely; the lubricating oil needs to be changed after the first 50 hours of operation, and then every 500 hours thereafter. Use SAE30 lubricating oil (Mobil 1130 is suitable).

Sanya Dream Water Park

The mist cooling system at the Sanya Dream Water Park in Jiyang Town, Sanya City, Hainan Province, was designed and installed by our company. This mist cooling project consists of four parts: wall-mounted mist, ceiling mist, jungle mist, and road water flow cooling, covering a total area of 2,135 acres. It is set to become a comprehensive resort destination that integrates a wellness community, cluster-style resort hotels, world-leading water entertainment facilities, large-scale water stage performances, land parks, and jungle parks. The four cooling methods bring a refreshing breeze to the hot park and enhance the scenery. The project includes detailed design, construction, debugging, acceptance, and maintenance. Currently, the total investment for the first phase of the water park is 600 million RMB, covering 150,000 square meters. It is a super-large comprehensive water park that is open all year round, 365 days a year, both domestically and internationally. The main roads, secondary roads, and jungle paths in the park are equipped with road water flow cooling. On hot summer days, the sun heats the pavement, and wetting the surface with water effectively lowers the temperature, while the evaporation of water also reduces the surrounding temperature, allowing visitors to walk comfortably. Wall-mounted mist fans are also installed in various viewing and resting areas, so visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the park without worrying about the heat. With many attractions and visitors in the park, waiting in line is inevitable. To address the heat issue during waiting times, mist cooling systems are also installed in the queue areas, ensuring that visitors' moods are not affected by the heat while waiting. The entire park is surrounded by mountains and water, and jungle mist is essential, enhancing the park's landscape while providing cooling, making the experience feel dreamlike for visitors! The urban heat island effect is becoming stronger, and using greening for cooling is not the best measure. In fact, greening cools because over 99% of the energy is dissipated as latent heat due to water evaporation, while mist cooling is much more efficient. However, mist cooling in public places requires high water quality. The urban heat island effect is mainly influenced by the following factors: reduced evaporation, decreased reflection of urban surfaces, and energy input. The intensity of the impact is as follows: a reduction in evaporation of 0.05g/s㎡ results in a heat input of 120.9w; a 10% decrease in urban surface reflectivity results in a heat input of 30w/㎡; and an artificial energy input of 10w/㎡ leads to a total heat input increase of 160.9w/㎡ in the city. Due to the influence of air convection, the actual heat input is about 20w/㎡, resulting in a calculated temperature rise of about 3.5℃, which is consistent with actual comparisons. When air circulation slows down in summer, heat input can increase sharply. Due to the low adaptability of urban evaporation systems, urban temperatures can rise sharply, while the accelerated operation of air conditioning and thermal power plants can create a vicious cycle, exacerbating urban atmospheric warming. From this data, it can be concluded that the best way to solve urban atmospheric heat pollution is to increase evaporation. Given the limitations of urban installations, using a mist system is an efficient and economical solution. When the evaporation rate is 0.05g/s㎡ (equivalent to 2mm of rainfall over 11 hours during the day), the average atmospheric cooling can reach 7℃. Mist cooling has been applied for a long time; a solution for large-scale outdoor mist cooling systems was proposed as early as 2002, but the first large-scale application was at the Aichi Expo in Japan, with the most successful application at the 2010 Shanghai Expo. The folding landscape and moisture-retaining mist can be both light and ethereal, as well as vast and expansive. They can create their own scenery or combine with various elements such as water systems, rockeries, greenery, and lighting, resulting in diverse forms that complement each other. Their ever-changing forms and functions will add more ink wash elements to the landscape aesthetics of Chinese gardens. Improving the air quality of small environments involves treating raw water through professional water treatment, and the mist effect generated by high-pressure micro-pore impact technology can produce a large number of negative ions, known as "air vitamins," creating a unique "forest oxygen bar" in the city, improving air quality and benefiting physical and mental health. Equipment composition: 1. Pump station unit: High-pressure ceramic plunger pumps can generate high-pressure water of 3-7MPa, suitable for stable pressure adjustments between 5kg/h and 2500kg/h, with various protection functions; stable performance, reliable durability, and strong continuous operation. 2. Ultra-fine atomization nozzles: The core part is made of ceramic material, and the shell is made of stainless steel, featuring fine mist, non-wear, low pressure loss, anti-clogging, and no dripping characteristics. Aperture: 0.1524mm, spray volume: 2.46kg/h (at P=4MPa). One is arranged every 0.5 meters, and none are placed above doors/awnings/trees. 3. Control unit: PLC program control, frequency control, microcomputer fully automatic control, automatic filtration, automatic humidification, built-in humidity control, achieving automatic adjustment and control of humidity. 4. High-pressure distribution valve unit: High-pressure distribution valves can automatically supply or drain high-pressure water to multiple ultra-fine nozzle units as required. 5. Super filtration system: PO super filter, equipped with a 5-micron three-stage water quality filter, effectively solving water quality issues and ensuring no clogging of the nozzles. 6. High-pressure pipelines: Made of high-pressure seamless copper pipes, with a maximum length of 200 meters. The main pipeline diameter is 15mm, and the branch pipeline diameter is 10mm.

Cooling and disinfection in animal husbandry: 1. Pig farming: Different types of pigs have varying temperature requirements. The suitable growth temperature for newborn piglets is 34-35°C; for piglets aged 3-4 weeks, it is around 30°C; for slightly older piglets, it is 20-23°C; and for growing pigs, it is 17-22°C. Chicken farming: Chickens have strict humidity requirements. For instance, newly hatched chicks are very sensitive to humidity and temperature during the transition from the incubator to the chicken house. When humidity falls below the required level, it can lead to a decrease in feed-to-meat ratio and dehydration; conversely, when humidity exceeds the required level, it can cause a series of diseases, including severe coccidiosis, and lead to pecking behavior, resulting in mortality. Both high and low humidity can lower chickens' immunity and increase disease rates. The disinfection and deodorization system can instantly and evenly distribute water or disinfectant throughout the entire farming environment (including walls, air, cages, floors, etc., with no dead corners), ensuring that every pest comes into contact with the agent, while misting continuously for 5-10 minutes (the misting time can be set according to needs). The entire area can be fumigated, allowing the air-borne agent to be continuously inhaled by pests, attacking from both inside and outside. Personnel do not need to be on-site and do not come into contact with the chemicals, ensuring safety. For a chicken house measuring 30 meters long and 7 meters wide, covering an area of only 210 square meters, the amount of water used for 5 minutes of misting is only 30 liters, making the entire space as foggy as in autumn, making it invisible to people, saving on chemicals, labor, water, and costs, and being quick and comprehensive, using more than 2/3 less chemicals than traditional methods, achieving disinfection effects that are twice as effective. This addresses several long-standing issues that have troubled the animal husbandry industry: a. In the heat of summer, livestock are reluctant to eat, leading to slow weight gain and reduced egg production in poultry. b. Breeding houses become breeding grounds for mosquitoes and are prone to outbreaks of diseases. c. Dust in poultry houses primarily damages the surface of animal lungs, making them more susceptible to respiratory diseases, increasing vulnerability to diseases. The mist ion diameter of the Guanyu mist cooling system is 1-10 microns, allowing it to remain suspended in the air for a long time. When airborne dust absorbs moisture (from fine mist ions), it increases in weight and falls. d. Increasing negative ions in the air raises oxygen levels. The constant temperature humidification system continuously releases negative ions (organic oxygen) into the air, neutralizing positive ions, thereby rapidly increasing the negative ion concentration in the air by thousands of times. Additionally, since the artificial mist equipment produced by our company uses purified non-recirculated water, it significantly reduces bacteria brought by recirculated and stagnant water, ensuring the hygiene of the released negative ions.
