The New Yihao Mansion inherits the excellent tradition of modern architectural greening, adopting European architectural style and modern French garden design, fully utilizing design techniques to create a rich and diverse spatial form. The biggest feature of our project is that the community includes a 10,000 square meter central lake and a 600 square meter swimming pool. In the first phase, the west group garden features a sunken garden, providing an additional route choice from the basement to home, while the east group garden focuses on greening and adds children's activity facilities. In the second phase, the swimming pool and central lake landscape will be integrated into the garden. The project continues to use the French design style, making reasonable use of the most commonly found elements in French culture: painting, sculpture, architecture, music, perfume, red wine, flowers, etc., expressing our pursuit of elegance, refinement, and comfortable living. The romantic French garden landscape perfectly combines architecture and landscape, with a grand layout, rich residential space, and an emphasis on the integration and harmony of the garden and architecture. The project's transportation is very convenient. Shawan Town is the intersection of Huizhou, Dongguan, and Zengcheng, with convenient transportation. It is 70 kilometers east to Huizhou, south to Shenzhen, and west to Guangzhou. The Shawan Bridge and Luofu Mountain Dongjiang Bridge connect Dongguan Shilong and Shipai Town, approximately 15 kilometers from Dongguan. The town has well-connected transportation, with three main roads: Shawan Avenue, Yongshi Avenue, and Industrial Avenue running through the entire town. The under-construction Guanghui Expressway intersects with Yongshi Avenue. Waterways are accessible via the Dongjiang waterway, allowing access to Boluo, Huizhou, and Heyuan upstream, and to the Pearl River estuary, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and other places downstream. The town has a container terminal with an annual throughput of 500,000 tons, allowing cargo ships to reach Hong Kong directly, making import and export transportation very convenient.

The Donghai International Center project consists of four main components: office buildings, a hotel, serviced apartments, and commercial spaces. It is the largest integrated building complex along Shennan Boulevard today. The project includes two office buildings, with heights of approximately 190 meters and 150 meters; one hotel, about 100 meters tall; two serviced apartment buildings, with heights of approximately 300 meters and 255 meters; and around 65,365 square meters of commercial space. The total land area is 34,805 square meters, with an average plot ratio of about 10.80. The above-ground building area is regulated at 360,000 square meters, and the underground commercial space covers 30,000 square meters, resulting in a total construction area of approximately 510,000 square meters. This project extends about 300 meters along Shennan Boulevard and has a depth of about 100 meters, making it the largest integrated functional project currently along Shennan Boulevard.

Anxi Fengshan Park Greenway Landscape Mist

Anxi Fengshan Park is a provincial-level forest park and a national AAA-level tourist area, located in Anxi County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. Covering an area of over 2,700 acres, it stands majestically at the northern foot of Fengguan Mountain, characterized by its tranquility, beauty, wilderness, and serenity, maintaining a natural ecological peace. It is a multifunctional, high-quality suburban forest park that integrates six major tourism product systems: tea culture, ancestral roots exploration, religious pilgrimage, physical fitness, popular science education, and ecological tourism. The mist landscape of the greenway in Anxi Fengshan Park is a professional mist system developed and designed by Xiamen Guanyu Industrial Co., Ltd. The mist system, also known as artificial mist or cold mist fountain, is essentially an artificial fog system. The high-pressure system sprays water at room temperature into fine water particles, which cluster in the air to form a unique white mist landscape, resembling the effect of natural fog, akin to a "forest of mist." When the mist system operates, it generates a large amount of mist, increasing the humidity of the air and alleviating dryness in the climate. At the same time, the water particles released into the air can adsorb dust floating in the air and settle it to the ground, preventing dust from rising and purifying the air. The system produces a large number of negative ions during operation, which can effectively kill bacteria and purify the air. Fuqing Rongding Xindu Hui Plaza Fountain System Project

The dry fountain at Rongding New City Plaza in Fuqing is located at the intersection of Fulu Middle Road and Longxi Road in Longtian Town, Fuqing City, Fuzhou. It is conveniently accessible, with only a ten-minute journey to Fuqing city center and the train station. This dry fountain project was meticulously crafted by Xiamen Guanyu Technology Co., Ltd. The entire process, from the initial consultation with the owner to surveying, planning, finalizing the scheme, designing, contract confirmation, equipment processing, on-site installation, and commissioning, was completed in just two months. In the early design phase, considerations were made for the overall commercial atmosphere of the plaza, as well as water interaction and safety. The project utilizes DMX512 low-voltage 24V DC brushless variable frequency water pumps. These low-voltage pumps are characterized by safety, efficiency, low energy consumption, stable and reliable operation, and a longer lifespan. Low voltage refers to safe voltage levels, with the national standard "Safety Voltage" (GB3805—83) stipulating that the rated values for safe voltage in China are 42V, 36V, 24V, 12V, and 6V, selected based on factors such as the working environment, operator conditions, usage methods, power supply methods, and line conditions. The DMX512 low-voltage DC brushless variable frequency water pumps used by Xiamen Guanyu Technology Co., Ltd. feature a split design, with the pump and control system installed separately. The controller is housed within the central control system cabinet, saving space in the pool and reducing the failure rate of the controller when placed underwater, making future maintenance more convenient. The implementation of this project has transformed New City Plaza into a highly attractive, water-friendly, interactive, and entertaining commercial space, enhancing the commercial atmosphere around the plaza and providing citizens with a great leisure and entertainment destination. The dry fountain does not occupy leisure space, allowing children to interact and play in the water, with the fountain creating a dynamic chasing and spraying effect. Coupled with changing underwater lights, it adds a beautiful and mysterious touch to the plaza at night.

Zhangzhou Investment Promotion Bureau, Fujian Province - Water Curtain Waterfall

The Fujian Zhangzhou China Merchants Xinyun Valley · Water Curtain Wall is developed and designed by Xiamen Guanyu Technology Co., Ltd. It is invested by China Merchants Group's subsidiary, China Merchants Zhangzhou Development Zone Co., Ltd., and operated by Fujian China Merchants Cloud Valley Development Co., Ltd. This industrial park is primarily focused on the pan-information technology industry within the Fujian region. The project is located in the Zhangzhou China Merchants Economic and Technological Development Zone on the southern shore of Xiamen Bay, with concepts of ecology, culture, and intelligence, positioning itself as a comprehensive industrial park characterized by low-density ecology, business parks, smart technology, and integration of industry and city. Xinyun Valley is situated in the southwest of the Zhangzhou Development Zone, at the intersection of several main roads, making transportation convenient. The planned Xiamen-Zhangzhou Intercity Rail R3 line will have a station near the Xinyun Valley project site, allowing quick access to Xiamen Island; a sea bus can reach the center of Xiamen City at Lujing Road in 15 minutes; and via the Xiamen-Zhangzhou Cross-Sea Bridge, it takes about 40 minutes by car to reach the center of Xiamen City. The overall planning area of the China Merchants Xinyun Valley project is approximately 420,000 square meters, with a land area of about 260,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 740,000 square meters, with plans for full completion by 2019. The park is planned to include high-rise offices, service buildings, co-working spaces, incubators, data centers, standalone/duplex corporate headquarters, as well as talent apartments, business hotels, and a commercial center to support both living and business needs.
