Xiamen Guanyu Technology Co., Ltd. has passionately created a mist cooling system project for the Sinopec gas station at the Shangjie service area, located on the Fuzhou Minhou Ring Expressway. This mist cooling project utilizes our complete set of mist cooling, dust removal, anti-static, and explosion-proof systems for upgrades and renovations. To better address the heat prevention needs of gas station employees, a corresponding mist cooling system has been added. Traditional cooling methods cannot meet the requirements for large outdoor areas under dust removal, anti-static, and explosion-proof conditions. Our mist cooling system is an effective means for outdoor heat prevention, dust removal, anti-static, and explosion-proof applications, and it introduces new concepts such as landscaping, health, green, environmental protection, and low carbon on the basis of cooling, dust removal, anti-static, and explosion-proof functions. Every gram of water can cool outdoor air, and the efficiency of the mist cooling is very high. Theoretically, the energy required for mist cooling is the energy needed to overcome the increased surface tension of water. When one cubic meter of water is transformed into 10-micron cubes, the energy required for its surface tension is significant, and the latent heat of evaporation reaches 2.2 billion joules, resulting in a theoretical energy efficiency ratio of up to 50,000. In contrast, the theoretical maximum energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning, limited by thermodynamic laws, is about 60 when cooling by 5°C at 30°C. Precautions: 1. All pipelines in the system should be made of 304 stainless steel or high-pressure seamless copper pipes to avoid rust water blocking the nozzles. 2. It can be directly connected to the tap water pipe, but a super strong filter must be added to prevent solid particles in the water from blocking the nozzles. 3. In winter, measures should be taken to prevent freezing; when the main unit is installed outdoors, rain protection measures must be taken. After use, cut off the water source and drain the residual water in the pump to prevent freezing damage to the high-pressure pump. 4. It is strictly forbidden to operate the water pump without water. 5. The nozzles should be installed at least 0.5 meters above the ground or water surface. This is to increase the evaporation and vaporization time of the ultra-fine mist particles in the air and to avoid the mist particles hitting obstacles and forming droplets. 6. The installation angle of the nozzles should be tilted upwards at an angle of 5 to 15 degrees for optimal use. 7. There should be a fixed point every 2 meters to avoid long-term use of connecting pipes, which can cause bending and lead to residual water stagnating in the pipes, forming sediment and blocking the nozzles. 8. Before starting, please loosen the pressure regulating valve to a no-pressure state. After starting, slowly adjust the pressure regulating valve and observe the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge. 9. Before the first operation of the high-pressure pump, add lubricating oil to the crankcase, filling it to the middle position between the two horizontal lines on the oil level gauge. Do not fill it completely; the lubricating oil needs to be changed after the first 50 hours of operation, and then every 500 hours thereafter. Use SAE30 lubricating oil (Mobil 1130 is suitable).

Precautions

3. When using the machine in winter, precautions against freezing should be taken; when the main unit is installed outdoors, rain protection measures must be taken; after use, cut off the water source and drain the residual water in the pump to prevent the high-pressure pump from freezing.
4. It is strictly prohibited to operate the water pump in a dry state.
5. It is recommended to install the nozzles at least 0.5 meters above the ground or water surface. This is to increase the evaporation and vaporization time of the ultra-fine mist particles in the air and to avoid the ultra-fine mist particles hitting obstacles and forming water droplets.

9. Before the high-pressure pump operates for the first time, add lubricating oil to the crankcase, filling it to the middle position between the two horizontal lines on the oil level gauge. Do not overfill; the lubricating oil needs to be changed after the high-pressure pump has operated for 50 hours for the first time, and then every 500 hours thereafter. Use SAE30 (Mobil 1130 suitable).
