The New Yihao Mansion inherits the excellent tradition of modern architectural greening, adopting European architectural style and modern French garden design, fully utilizing design techniques to create a rich and diverse spatial form. The biggest feature of our project is that the community includes a 10,000 square meter central lake and a 600 square meter swimming pool. In the first phase, the west group garden features a sunken garden, providing an additional route choice from the basement to home, while the east group garden focuses on greening and adds children's activity facilities. In the second phase, the swimming pool and central lake landscape will be integrated into the garden. The project continues to use the French design style, making reasonable use of the most commonly found elements in French culture: painting, sculpture, architecture, music, perfume, red wine, flowers, etc., expressing our pursuit of elegance, refinement, and comfortable living. The romantic French garden landscape perfectly combines architecture and landscape, with a grand layout, rich residential space, and an emphasis on the integration and harmony of the garden and architecture. The project's transportation is very convenient. Shawan Town is the intersection of Huizhou, Dongguan, and Zengcheng, with convenient transportation. It is 70 kilometers east to Huizhou, south to Shenzhen, and west to Guangzhou. The Shawan Bridge and Luofu Mountain Dongjiang Bridge connect Dongguan Shilong and Shipai Town, approximately 15 kilometers from Dongguan. The town has well-connected transportation, with three main roads: Shawan Avenue, Yongshi Avenue, and Industrial Avenue running through the entire town. The under-construction Guanghui Expressway intersects with Yongshi Avenue. Waterways are accessible via the Dongjiang waterway, allowing access to Boluo, Huizhou, and Heyuan upstream, and to the Pearl River estuary, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and other places downstream. The town has a container terminal with an annual throughput of 500,000 tons, allowing cargo ships to reach Hong Kong directly, making import and export transportation very convenient.
