The working principle of a musical fountain involves the synchronization of water jets with music. The fountain is equipped with a series of pumps that control the flow and height of the water jets. These pumps are connected to a control system that receives audio signals from the music being played. As the music plays, the control system analyzes the sound frequencies and beats, adjusting the pumps accordingly to create patterns of water movement that match the rhythm and melody of the music. This results in a visually stunning display where the water dances in time with the music, often enhanced by colored lights that change in sync with the water movements.

The rhythm and intensity of the music are converted into control signals, which then control a voltage regulating device. The power supply, after passing through this voltage controller, outputs a voltage that changes with the music, subsequently controlling the pump motor.

It automatically identifies the basic emotional characteristics of music such as shock, nostalgia, lyricism, joy, excitement, sadness, cheerfulness, and warmth, converting these into control signals. After synchronization processing, these signals are output through a signal output card to specific control units, which control actuators like submersible pumps, solenoid valves, underwater colored lights, and inverters according to water pattern configuration rules, integrating visual and auditory experiences.
