One-stop Service Process

In the early stage, the company's project manager arranges appointments for discussions based on the client's schedule. After communication between both parties, and after reviewing the site information provided by the client and fully understanding and confirming the client's needs, a preliminary project initiation is made, and the site survey time is confirmed.

After comprehensive evaluation, a design plan is conceived.

After completing the project characteristics analysis, the design team will detail and organize the construction plan for the client, providing design renderings and corresponding budget quotations, meeting the client's ideal expectations for the project from overall layout to detailed specifics.

After sufficient discussions with the client, a cooperation plan is formulated. Once opinions are aligned, both parties sign a formal contract.

Based on the signed contract plan and after professional and comprehensive analysis of the on-site survey data, a specific construction plan is drafted and confirmed through full communication with the client.

Safety construction is the first principle on-site, with employees holding certificates to work on the construction site. At the same time, construction is strictly carried out according to the construction drawings, and during this period, the owner or the client can conduct unscheduled inspections of the project site.

After project completion, a joint acceptance team led by the owner is organized, which includes representatives from the owner unit, construction unit, supervision unit, construction unit, and operation management unit for joint acceptance. During this period, detailed and careful listening to each party's opinions and feedback is conducted, and summaries and improvements are made based on the feedback.

After project acceptance, handover is conducted with personnel from the operation management unit. Free operation training services and equipment maintenance guidance services are provided for the operators designated by the client.
