The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a water performance platform that can float on the water surface and sink into the water, with convenient lifting adjustments. The technical solution adopted is: a method for manufacturing a water show platform, characterized by the following steps: 1. Welding steel pipes together to form the frame structure of the water show platform; 2. Laying a grid plate that can install water spray equipment on the top surface of the frame structure; 3. Installing a water pump on the frame structure below the grid plate, so that when the frame structure is submerged in water, the inlet/outlet of the water pump can communicate with river water or lake water; 4. Setting floating bodies on the sides of the frame structure at intervals to keep the top surface of the grid plate floating on the water surface, with the outlet/inlet of the water pump connected to the inner cavity of each floating body through pipes, thus completingWater Showthe production of the platform.

The frame structure can preferably consist of horizontally arranged main steel pipes and vertically arranged connecting steel pipes, with the ends of the connecting steel pipes sealed and connected in sequence. The front and rear main steel pipes form the front and rear lateral sides of the frame structure, while the left and right connecting steel pipes form the left and right vertical sides of the frame structure. n connecting steel pipes connecting the front and rear main steel pipes are arranged axially at intervals within the inner cavity between the left and right connecting steel pipes, where n is a natural number not less than 1. The transverse length of the frame structure can preferably be 110-130 meters, and the width of the frame structure can preferably be 5-7 meters; in the middle of the frame structure, a main shaft steel pipe is arranged transversely, welded in sequence with the connecting steel pipes. The diameter of the main shaft steel pipe is 0.600 ~ 0.650 m, and the diameter of the main steel pipe is 0.5~0.55m. After the first step is completed, it is recommended to perform X-ray sampling on each welded joint of the steel pipes to check the tightness between the steel pipes and the selected floating bodies. At the bottom of the left and right ends of the frame structure, pollution interception grids that can intercept pollutants are recommended to be set vertically. Each floating body can preferably be equipped with a liquid level display device that can detect the corresponding floating body’s immersion depth in the water, with the liquid level display device connected to the control module via waterproof wires or wireless communication modules, and the control module connected to a liquid level display that can show the immersion depth of each floating body. The floating body is recommended to be a sealed hollow buoy, with an inlet and an outlet on the water show buoy, and the inlet and outlet connected to the water pump via pipes, while the outlet is connected to a breathable head that maintains the air pressure balance in the buoy's inner cavity through a breathable pipe.Water ShowThe ratio of the opening area of the outlet to the opening areas of the inlet and outlet is not less than 1.25. Preferably, there can be twelve buoys, with six buoys arranged at equal intervals on the front side wall of the frame structure, and the other six buoys correspondingly arranged on the rear side wall of the frame structure. Among the twelve buoys, the four buoys located at the four corners of the frame structure have a larger volume than the remaining eight buoys. The volume of the four buoys located at the four corners of the frame structure is preferably 6 ~ 6.5 cm3, while the volume of the remaining eight buoys is preferably 5 ~ 5.5 cm3. The diameters of the twelve buoys are the same. The height of the four buoys located at the four corners of the frame structure is 1.55 meters, while the height of the remaining eight buoys is 1.25 meters. When the water pump injects water into the buoy's inner cavity, the tops of the remaining eight buoys sink below the water surface, while the others remain within the frame structure. A control valve is set on the connecting pipeline between the water show pump and each buoy, with the control valve connected to the control module via waterproof wires or wireless communication modules. Each buoy has a pressure-type liquid level sensor that can detect the liquid level in the corresponding buoy's inner cavity. The pressure-type liquid level sensor is connected to the control module via waterproof wires or wireless communication modules, and the control module is connected to the valve opening/closing indicator and the buoy liquid level indicator. The side of the platform is equipped with positioning anchor chains that can connect to the riverbank and/or the navigation channel.

Compared with the prior art, the advantages of the present invention are: water can be pumped into the buoy through the water pump, allowing the top surface of the water display platform to float on the water surface or submerge below the water surface, thus achieving lifting adjustments of the water display platform; when not in use, the water show platform can be hidden below the water surface, not affecting the visibility of the water surface, and can also avoid damage to the water show platform caused by severe weather; and when needed, it can quickly float out from below the water surface, making it very convenient to use. Additionally,Water Showthe platform is achieved by pumping water out of the buoy, making the lifting adjustments very stable, allowing the water pump to operate and automatically adjust at any time, with very simple operation and good usage effect; the volume of the four buoys located at the four corners of the frame structure is larger than that of the other eight buoys, making it difficult for the four corners of the platform to tilt or overturn, thus stabilizing the water show platform and making it less likely to capsize, with stronger resistance to wind and waves. Furthermore, the control module can monitor the water level inside the buoy and the depth of the buoy submerged in the water in real-time, allowing for more accurate adjustments of the water show platform's immersion depth, timely detection of problems, and easier maintenance.
